As a mental health professional I have spent a great deal of time learning different ways of helping client’s to address emotional, spiritual, and physical ailments. Hypnosis is a tool that can help in each of those areas. Hypnosis has been used effectively for decades to treat a variety of issues. These include:

Hypnosis is sometimes used as a stand alone technique but can also be combined with other therapeutic approaches to achieve maximum benefit.
