I enjoy working with all types of people to improve emotional wellbeing and gain a positive outlook on life. I believe that all of us have the tools and abilities to create the quality of life that we desire. Family Therapy looks at mental health issues from a systematic perspective and treats the family as a whole unit.  In family therapy it is accepted that each member of the family is an important part of the solution to the problem.
